KABUL: (Middle East Press) Rais Khudaidad, who was identified as one of the most dangerous convict in the history of Afghanistan, was hanged in Capital Kabul.
According to sources, Rais Khudaidad was hanged in Kabul’s Pul-i-Charkhi prison by the National Directorate of Security of Afghanistan (NDS) around 11:30 AM today.
Saidullah alias Rais Khudaidad originally from Afghanistan’s Khost Province, was reportedly leading a grand bond of Mafia.
He was arrested about five months before in Kabul by the National Directorate of Security.
NDS say that Rais Khudaidad was involved in several incidents of kidnapping, killings and armed robbery in different parts of Afghanistan as well as operating in foreign countries.
According to NDS, Rais Khudaidad had traveled to Pakistan, Tajikistan and United Arab Emirates (UAE) with different and fake identities.
NDS states that Rais Khudaidad was on the black list of Tajikistan and The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL).
